Greetings from Kitale! Today is a photo update. So if a picture's worth a thousand words, today I'm sending you 7,000 words. Hope you can read it all in one sitting!
Martin and Ruth Shikuku live in Kitale Kenya. They began taking handicapped and aids orphans into their home several years ago. At last count they have 36 kids living in a home that is not even adequate for ten. In the summer of 2010 four teams of volunteers will go to Kenya to help build them a larger home. This is a blog for those supporting the project as well as for volunteers planning to go to Kenya. This will hopefully give you an idea of what is happening each day.
LOVE the photos! Good to see our crew hard at work! And yes, the pics spoke volumes where words would be lacking.
